This event is sponsored by your organizations and arranged by Heath Fairs of Utah. In other words, Health Fairs of Utah takes care of everything; you just provide the venue.

Objectives of your health fair:

  • Educate employees about health resources available to them

You can then email a signed copy to marketing@thebackdoctors.com, fax to (801) 225-2537 or mail to 218 East 800 South Orem, UT 84058. We would also like you to email your logo to be used in advertising the event. We will coordinate everything with you and make sure you have a successful health fair.
