Stretches

Office/Home Stretches

For each stretch, relax and stretch each side for 15-20 seconds and repeat twice. Complete stretches 2-3 times daily.

*For Desk Stretch, hold for 3 seconds, then stand for 3 seconds, and repeat 10 times.
